Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid plans, listings and other digital services purchased directly from AJToolsAI.

Digital Services

AJToolsAI provides digital services. Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, whether delivery or access has begun, the circumstances of the request, and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Cancellation

Where a plan renews automatically, cancellation stops future renewals according to the terms shown at purchase. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a charge already completed.

Refund Requests

If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, a purchased service was not provided as described, or another issue justifies review, contact support@ajtoolsai.com with the relevant order information. Requests will be reviewed according to the purchase terms and applicable law.

Third-Party Purchases

Purchases made directly from third-party AI tools or external websites are governed by that provider’s refund and cancellation policies. AJToolsAI cannot issue refunds for payments it did not process.

Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
